The short version
This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook tracking, or any advertising network. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell to anyone about your visit.
You will not see a cookie banner on this site, because nothing that is not strictly necessary is stored on your device. We think that is how it should be.
What is stored, and when
We checked this on the live site, page by page.
On the home page, the portfolio and every other page: nothing at all. No cookies, no local storage, nothing.
Two things are stored only if you do something specific:
| Name | Set by | When | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|
| cf.turnstile.u | Cloudflare Turnstile | Only on the contact page, when the security check runs | Confirms the form is being used by a person and not by a script | Local storage | Until you clear your browser's site data |
| - | Bunny.net video player | Only after you press play on a film | Playback and anonymous viewing statistics | - | - |
Neither identifies you, and neither can follow you to another website.
What is deliberately not here
- Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics tells us how many people read a page. It stores nothing on your device, uses no cookies and no fingerprinting, and cannot recognise you anywhere else.
- Fonts. The two typefaces on this site are served from our own domain. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other font service.
- Images and films. Photographs come from our content system's image service; films stream from Bunny only after you press play. Neither is an advertising network.
- Social media. We link to our Instagram with an ordinary link. There are no embedded feeds, no like buttons and no pixels.
Controlling storage yourself
Every browser lets you view and delete what websites have stored, and block it in future — usually under Privacy or Site settings. Blocking storage entirely may stop the contact form's security check working, in which case email us at contact@blackseamotion.com instead.
